If you feel that your purchase does not align with what you need, you may request a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
Digital Products
Because our products are delivered as instant digital downloads, the following applies:
- If the product has not yet been downloaded or accessed, you are eligible for a full refund.
- If the product has already been downloaded or accessed, we will gently review your request and offer:
- a partial refund, or
- a credit for another product, where appropriate.
This allows us to remain fair and supportive for everyone.
How to Request a Refund

- (optional) what didn’t feel aligned

Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds cannot be granted if:
- the product has been downloaded and used for commercial or distribution purposes
- the product was purchased through a third-party marketplace (such as Etsy or Amazon); in that case, their refund policies apply
